When an incoherent light beam with frequency ${\omega }_b$ (coming from an LED or other source) strikes a mirror oscillating at frequency ${\omega }_c$, the interaction can remove heat from the mirror in the form of light at frequency ${\omega }_a$, the sum of the other two frequencies.
