David Parker
David Parker received his Ph.D in 2006 from the University of Southern California and then completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Max Planck Institute for the Physics of Complex Systems in Dresden. He is currently an NRC Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, DC.
