Andrew Bragg received his PhD in theoretical fluid dynamics from Newcastle University, UK, in 2012. This was followed by postdoctoral studies at Cornell University and Los Alamos National Laboratory, before he joined Duke University, where he is currently an assistant professor. His research combines theoretical and mathematical analysis with computational simulations to study the physics of turbulence and particle transport in turbulent flows. Bragg is the recipient of an NSF CAREER award and a EUROMECH Young Scientist Award.
