Austin Lund obtained a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from the University of Queensland in 2008. He is currently a postdoctoral research fellow in the Australian Research Council’s Centre for Quantum Computation and Communications Technology. There, his focus is on quantum computing implementations in optical systems, as well as quantum measurement, quantum communication, and the foundations of quantum theory.
