Charles Gale is James McGill Professor and Chair of the Department of Physics at McGill University. His research straddles nuclear and particle physics and concentrates mainly on the physics of hot and dense strong interacting matter. He has been elected Fellow of the American Physical Society, and Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
