Darron Lamkin is a learning, design, and technology Ph.D. student in the College of Education and Human Sciences at Oklahoma State University. He is the founder of Class Matters Inc., an engineer and aviation youth educating out-of-school program. His research agenda includes STEM education, mobile learning, computational thinking, and project- and problem-based learning in informal educational settings. He is an active member of the National Society of Black Engineers, where he serves as an advisor to the executive and to the pre-college initiative chapter.
