Edmund Myers is a Research Professor and Distinguished University Scholar in the Department of Physics at Florida State University. He obtained his D.Phil. at the University of Oxford, England, and carried out postdoctoral work at Rutgers University and AT&T Bell Labs. His experimental AMO research group measures atomic masses with a Penning trap.
