Gerson S. Sher

Gerson S. Sher, PhD, is a member of the Board of International Counselors of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine. He is a retired program coordinator from the US National Science Foundation. He also served as the chief operating officer for the International Science Foundation from 1993 to 1995 and as the founding president of CRDF Global.
