Holly Hedgeland

Holly Hedgeland is a physicist based in the School of Physical Sciences at The Open University in the UK. She gained her Ph.D. in surface physics from the University of Cambridge, UK, in 2006, and she continued research there for a further five years in the field of helium-atom scattering. Following a Leverhulme Early Career Fellowship at the London Centre for Nanotechnology, University College London, she moved to The Open University in 2016, where she continues to do research in both surface science and physics education.
