Jason Smith is a Lecturer in the Department of Materials at the University of Oxford, where he is also a tutor and Fellow at Mansfield College. He received his D.Phil. in physics at the Clarendon Laboratory in Oxford in 1997. His research group studies the physics and applications of single photon emitters including color centers in diamond and semiconductor nanocrystals (users.ox.ac.uk/png).
