Julie Posselt

Julie Posselt is an associate professor at the University of Southern California’s Rossier School of Education. Her scholarship examines organizational behavior affecting access to and wellbeing in graduate and professional education, especially in STEM disciplines. She is PI of the California Consortium for Inclusive Doctoral Education, and Co-PI and Director of the Research Hub for the NSF-INCLUDES Alliance: IGEN. Posselt is author of Equity in Science (Stanford University Press) and Inside Graduate Admissions (Harvard University Press) and received early career awards from the American Educational Research Association and the Association for the Study of Higher Education.
