Lucy Avraamidou

Lucy Avraamidou is an associate professor at the Institute for Science Education and Communication at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Her research is associated with theoretical and empirical explorations of what it means to widen and diversify science participation through the lens of identity. Narrative and life-history methods lie at the heart of her work, which focuses on understanding the science-identity trajectories of underrepresented groups.
