Paolo Crivelli is a professor of experimental physics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich. His research focuses on precision measurements and tests of fundamental symmetries, as well as searches for phenomena beyond the standard model using atoms, antimatter, and high-energy particle beams. His group studies the simplest atomic systems—positronium, muonium, hydrogen, and antihydrogen. He is also cospokesperson of the NA64 experiment at CERN, which searches for dark-sector particles using high-energy electron, positron, muon, and hadron beams.
