Thomas Corbitt received his B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2001 and his Ph.D. from MIT in 2008. He continued at MIT as a researcher for three years. Since 2011, he has been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Louisiana State University.
