Leopoldo A. Pando Zayas is a Professor of Physics at the University of Michigan and a Staff Associate at the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics in Trieste, Italy. He obtained his Ph.D. from Moscow State University in Russia and has held appointments at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey, and the Kavli Institute for Theoretical Physics in Santa Barbara, California.
