Alán Aspuru-Guzik has been a Professor of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Harvard University since 2006. Alán is one of the early proponents of the use of quantum computers for the simulation of chemical and materials systems. Together with his group, he works on artificial intelligence for chemical discovery and on automation for closed-loop scientific discovery.
