Andrey Matsko received his Ph.D. from Moscow State University in 1996 and received postdoctoral training at Texas A&M University. He held a technical position at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and is currently a Principal Engineer at OEwaves, Inc., in Pasadena, California. His research interests are in theoretical and experimental quantum and nonlinear optics.
