Jens Eisert

Jens Eisert is a full professor at the Freie Universität Berlin. Previously, he was a full professor at Potsdam University and a lecturer at Imperial College London. He received his Ph.D. in 2001. His research interests are in quantum many-body theory, quantum information theory, and quantum optics, being concerned with several implications of the study of complex quantum systems. He has been awarded several awards and prizes for his work, including a EURYI award and an ERC award.
