Kevin Slagle received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2016. He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Toronto and will be a Sherman Fairchild Postdoctoral Scholar at the California Institute of Technology in June. He is interested in exotic phases of quantum matter and has recently focused on the emerging field of fracton topological order.
