Naama Brenner is a professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering and a member of the Laboratory for Network Biology Research at the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology. Her research focuses on understanding how biological systems adapt, learn, and evolve, using theoretical approaches of statistical physics and dynamical systems. She studies the collective behavior of biological networks, cellular variability, and the emergence of adaptation by exploratory dynamics, combining mathematical modeling and close collaborations with experimental biologists.
