Stephen Ellis Cox

Stephen Ellis Cox is a geochronologist and noble gas mass spectrometry expert currently working at Columbia University’s Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory. He has worked on field sites from Kenya to New Zealand, and his research spans topics from instrument and methods development to high-precision dating of young volcanic rocks to the impact of geology on winemaking.
