George Knee obtained an M.Sc. in theoretical physics from Imperial College London in 2010, a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford in 2014, and is now a Research Associate at NTT Basic Research Laboratories in Japan. He studies the theory of quantum information and likes to translate abstract mathematics into experimental proposals. His main interests are in the foundations of quantum theory and in various quantum technologies including sensors, simulators, and computers.
