Miha Ravnik is an assistant professor at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. He received his Ph.D. in physics in 2009 in Ljubljana. He then went to the University of Oxford as a Marie Curie postdoctoral fellow. His current research interests are in soft matter phenomena of complex fluids, including self-assembly, active and passive flows, liquid-crystal colloids, and anisotropic complex optics and photonics.
